Chili peppers are processed to remove trash, stems and rotten fruits, frozen at a temperature of (-300C) to (-400C) and stored at a temperature of -180C.
Condition: unrolled, in frozen condition and without pigments, without chemicals.

Flavor: spicy
Humidity: 60-80%
Shelf life: 2 years, stored at minus -18 dgree
